At Massly, we want you to be confident in every purchase. This Refund Policy explains when and how refunds are issued for paid plans, credit packs, and other purchases on Massly (the "Service"), operated by Massey Media Management LLC.
1. Credits and Paid Plans
The Service runs on a credit system. New accounts receive free welcome credits, and additional credits can be purchased in packs or through a monthly subscription. This Refund Policy applies to paid plans, credit packs, and other purchases on the Service.
2. Subscription Plans
- 14-day money-back guarantee. New paid subscribers may request a full refund within 14 days of their initial purchase if they are not satisfied with the Service.
- Recurring renewals. Renewal charges (monthly or annual) are non-refundable once processed, except where required by law. You may cancel at any time to prevent future renewals; you will retain access until the end of your current billing period.
- Annual plans. If you cancel an annual plan after the 14-day window, the remaining period is non-refundable, but no further charges will occur.
3. Credit Packs and One-Time Purchases
- Unused credits. Credits that have not been used may be refunded within 14 days of purchase.
- Used credits. Credits already consumed to generate, edit, animate, or vectorize content are non-refundable, since the underlying AI generation costs have already been incurred.
- Partial refunds. If a credit pack is partially used, we may issue a prorated refund for the unused portion at our discretion.
4. Eligibility and Exceptions
Refunds may be denied or reduced in the following cases:
- The account has violated our Terms of Service.
- Suspected abuse, fraud, or chargeback manipulation.
- Refund requests submitted more than 14 days after the original purchase (subscriptions).
- Credits or services that have already been substantially consumed.
5. Service Failures
If a generation fails due to a technical issue on our side and credits are deducted, we will restore the credits automatically when possible. If you believe credits were incorrectly charged, contact us within 30 days for review.
6. How to Request a Refund
To request a refund, email masslycreatives@gmail.com with:
- The email address associated with your account
- The order or transaction ID (from your receipt)
- The reason for your refund request
We aim to respond within 3 business days. Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method via Stripe and typically appear within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank.
7. Chargebacks
Please contact us before initiating a chargeback so we have a chance to resolve the issue. Unjustified chargebacks may result in account suspension and forfeiture of any remaining balance.
8. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Refund Policy from time to time. Material changes will apply only to purchases made after the change is posted.
